Evey Brett

Evey has attended workshops such as the Lambda Literary Retreat for Emerging LGBT Voices, Clarion, and Taos Toolbox, and earned a Master’s degree in Writing Popular Fiction. She moved from San Diego to Southern Arizona after a Lipizzan mare named Carrma decided she wanted a human of her very own and charmed Evey into serving her every whim. Although Evey never expected to have a horse of her own, she’s learned how to ride and care for the equine companion she adores and, of course, where to find the horse cookies.
